"Bad zipper, but they fixed it fast"
So my boots arrived and... yeah, one of the zippers was bad. Kind of annoying at first, but I emailed Shoe Mill with a couple pictures and they got back to me the next day. No weird runaround or making it a whole thing — they just sent out a replacement. I mean, stuff happens, but they handled it really fairly and quickly.

The shoes themselves were fine, nothing really to complain about there. But I expected a much faster response from customer service. I had to send a couple of follow-up emails just to get a simple answer, which was frustrating. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the slow replies definitely took away from it.

"Delivery took way too long"
I was frustrated with this delivery. I made a simple request and it felt like it was completely ignored. On top of that, the order took way longer than expected to arrive, so I really wouldn’t call the delivery reliable

The tracking updates were bad. I barely got any useful info after my order shipped, so I was left guessing where it was most of the time. I tried emailing customer service too, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer my questions.

Just a heads up for anyone planning to use this site: I did eventually find what I needed, but the whole experience felt a bit clunky. Some pages loaded slower than expected, and the filters weren’t as easy to use as they should be. Checkout went through fine, so it’s not unusable, but be prepared to spend a little extra time getting around.

I ordered a pair from shoemill.com and I’ve been pleased with them so far. The leather feels nice, and the stitching looks strong and well done. They were a little stiff for the first couple of days, but they’re starting to break in and feel more comfortable now. They’re not absolutely perfect, but for the price, I feel like I got a solid pair of shoes. I’m satisfied with the purchase and would probably order again.

"Good selection, but I felt a little rushed"
They had a bunch of shoe brands I already know and like, so it was easy to find something quickly. I did feel a little pressured to make a decision faster than I wanted, but overall the selection made the shopping trip easier.

I wasn’t really expecting to find that many styles, but there were a ton. I ended up seeing stuff that worked for work and also just normal everyday outfits, which somehow made it feel easier even though there were more choices. Happy with it overall.

I stopped into the Shoe Mill store looking for a good pair of walking shoes, and it turned out to be a really easy experience. The guy helping me was patient, didn’t pressure me at all, and just brought out a few options so you could actually take your time trying them on.

I ended up finding a pair that fit well and felt comfortable right away. The prices seemed fair too, when you get that kind of help without feeling rushed, it makes you want to go back.

"Sale discount felt misleading"
